How many guests can your event venue accommodate?
The Commons can host up to 400 guests for standing reception and 280 guests for round table seating. We offer 4 meeting rooms on the mezzanine level that can accommodate 14-23 guests per room.

How far in advance do I need to book at BFK?
It truly depends on the size and type of your event, but we recommend booking as far in advance as possible to ensure all of your event details are well managed.

Who will cater my corporate or special event?
Blue Flame Kitchen is the exclusive catering provider of all food and beverages. Menu options include but are not limited to hors d’oeuvres, action stations, buffets, plated dinners, drinks and desserts. Our event specialists will work with you to determine your specific food and beverage needs.

Can you help with corporate event planning?
Of course! We offer full-service event planning, design and production. Our event coordinator can guide you through every step of the process from recommending catering options, arranging decor and more.

What days can I book for my special event?
The Commons can accommodate private events in the evening on weekdays, and all day on Saturdays. Our event specialist will find the scheduling that works best for your needs.

We provide free Wi-Fi throughout our venue, and our meeting rooms are equipped with monitors for presenting and sharing information.

Yes, we have a dock for convenient equipment loading.

ATCO Park was designed to accommodate our community, and that extends to the parking lot too! We offer free visitor parking, both underground and surface, so rest assured that you’ll always be able to find a spot.
