How to Make Snow Paint

With a canvas of freshly fallen snow, get hours of family fun creating works of art on your snow-covered yard using our quick and easy recipe for snow paint. Don’t forget the hot chocolate!

For each colour, you will need 

  • 2 tbsp rubbing alcohol 
  • 1 tsp food colouring 
  • 500 mL spray bottle or squirt bottle 
  • Water 

 

DIRECTIONS: 
  1. Pour rubbing alcohol and food colouring into spray bottle.  
  2. Fill bottle with water and swirl to combine. Less water can be used to make a more intense colour.
