Baked Rice
Ingredients
- 2 cups long-grain rice
- 1/4 cup salted butter
- 4 cups boiling water
- 1 tsp salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine all ingredients in a greased 3 quart casserole dish.
- Bake covered for 30 minutes or until rice is tender. Fluff with a fork.
