BOMBAY SALMON
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 lb (1 kg) salmon fillet
Directions
- Preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients except salmon. Place salmon, skin side down, on a piece of heavy-duty foil. Trim foil so it is slightly larger than fillet. Spread yogurt mixture over salmon.
- With lid down, cook salmon until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 - 12 minutes per inch of thickness.
