BROCCOLI AND PEPPER STIR FRY
Stir-frying vegetables keeps them bright, crisp and low in fat. This quick side dish is full of tangy Asian-inspired flavour.

BROCCOLI AND PEPPER STIR FRY
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
Directions
- Whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, ginger and garlic until blended; set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok or frypan over medium heat. Add broccoli and red pepper; stir-fry until tender crisp, about 4 - 5 minutes.
- Add soy sauce mixture and toss to combine. Stir-fry for 1 - 2 minutes.
