BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS

The name of these hot chicken wings comes from the city of Buffalo, New York, not the animal otherwise known as a bison. These wings are baked rather than fried, but taste just as good as the ones you’ll find in a pub.

Yield: Makes 2 lbs.
