Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk (2 %)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt butter; blend in flour and salt.
- Gradually whisk in milk and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
- Remove from heat; add cheese and stir until smooth.
