Cheesy Dog Biscuits
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1/4 cup milk (2%) or water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
- Mix together cheeses and flours in a medium bowl.
- Mix together oil and milk; drizzle over flour mixture and stir until dough comes together.
- Knead together in bowl several times until combined evenly. Roll dough into 1 tsp balls and place 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet. Flatten lightly with a fork or back of a small spoon.
- Bake until lightly browned on bottom, about 10 minutes. Cool completely on rack.
- Store in covered container in fridge up to 2 weeks or freeze.
Tip:
These small treats are slightly soft, perfect for small and large dogs.
To make larger, roll into 1-inch balls, place 1 inch apart and flatten. Bake about 12 minutes.
