CHILI MAPLE SAUSAGES
Give plain chicken sausages a flavour boost by cooking them in chili powder and maple syrup. We bake the sausages in the oven so the sauce turns into a sticky glaze.

CHILI MAPLE SAUSAGES
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 pkgs (375 g each) chicken sausages
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil.
- Combine all ingredients except sausages in a bowl. Add sausages and toss to coat.
- Place sausages in a single layer on prepared pan. Drizzle syrup mixture remaining in bowl over sausages.
- Bake, stirring occasionally, until sausages are glazed and completely cooked, about 40 minutes.
