Cinnamon Steel-Cut Oats with Berries

Cinnamon Steel-Cut Oats with Berries
Ingredients
- 4 cups water
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup steel-cut oats
- ¼ cup liquid honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
- 1 cup hulled and quartered fresh or frozen strawberries
Directions
- Bring water and salt to a boil over medium-high heat. Add oats and return to a boil. Stir in honey, vanilla and cinnamon. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until oats are tender, about 20 – 30 minutes. Fold in berries; serve immediately.
