CITRUS SALSA
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped orange segments
- 1/2 cup chopped grapefruit segments
- 1/4 cup chopped lime segments
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp finely chopped seeded jalapeno pepper
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp grated orange peel, grapefruit peel and lime peel
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Serve immediately.
