COLESLAW WITH STRAWBERRIES
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp Chinese five-spice powder
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 4 cups thinly sliced napa cabbage
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 1 3/4 cups sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 2 tbsp chopped crystallized ginger
Directions
- To prepare dressing, whisk together vinegar, soy sauce, canola oil, sesame oil, five-spice, pepper flakes, and garlic until blended.
- Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl.
- Add dressing and toss to combine. Serve immediately.
