Creamy Coleslaw

 This delicious coleslaw requires just a few ingredients and is so easy to put together. An excellent side to serve with barbecued meats, tacos or pulled pork sandwiches. Bring this classic family dish to your next picnic or potluck party.

Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pure white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 8 cups coleslaw mix

Directions

  1. To prepare dressing, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, lemon juice, oil, water, Worcestershire and sugar. Can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.
  2. Toss coleslaw mix with dressing just before serving.
