Easy Maple Fudge

Made with just a few ingredients, this kid-friendly fudge is a real treat. Make ahead and bring to a potluck or Canada Day picnic. 

Storage Time: Up to 1 week in the refrigerator or up to 1 month in the freezer.

Yield: 48 squares

Easy Maple Fudge

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup salted butter
  • 3 cups granulated sugar
  • 2/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
  • 1 tbsp maple extract

Directions

  1. Line a greased 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang. Set aside.
  2. Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring frequently. Cook, stirring, for 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
  4. Add chocolate chips; stir until chocolate chips are melted.
  5. Add marshmallow crème and maple extract. Stir to combine.
  6. Pour into prepared pan. Smooth top.
  7. Refrigerate, uncovered, until set, at least 30 minutes.
