Easy Maple Fudge
Made with just a few ingredients, this kid-friendly fudge is a real treat. Make ahead and bring to a potluck or Canada Day picnic.

Easy Maple Fudge
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup salted butter
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow crème
- 1 tbsp maple extract
Directions
- Line a greased 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving a 2-inch overhang. Set aside.
- Combine butter, sugar, and evaporated milk in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring frequently. Cook, stirring, for 6 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add chocolate chips; stir until chocolate chips are melted.
- Add marshmallow crème and maple extract. Stir to combine.
- Pour into prepared pan. Smooth top.
- Refrigerate, uncovered, until set, at least 30 minutes.
