EGGNOG LATTE
Cap off your Christmas dinner with a round of these warm after-dinner drinks. Eggnog and espresso are spiked with brandy and coffee liqueur.

EGGNOG LATTE
Ingredients
- 4 cups eggnog
- 2 tbsp rum or coffee liqueur
- 2 tbsp brandy
- 2 cups freshly brewed strong coffee or espresso
- Freshly ground nutmeg*
Directions
- In a heavy saucepan, heat eggnog over medium heat until hot; do not boil.
- Stir rum and brandy into coffee.
- Pour one-third each of coffee mixture and eggnog into a blender. Cover and blend until very frothy.
- Pour into cups and sprinkle with nutmeg. Repeat procedure twice with remaining ingredients.
