FIVE SPICE CHICKEN WINGS

Chinese five-spice powder is a blend of star anise, cloves, fennel seed, Chinese cinnamon and Sichuan powder. It’s easy to find in most Canadian grocery stores and offers a balanced taste of sweet, sour, bitter and savoury. The blend lends a pungently delicious flavour to these baked chicken wings.
