GADO GADO DIP
Gado Gado is an Indonesian peanut sauce that can be used as a condiment for rice and vegetable dishes or a dip for raw veggies and other finger foods. We use peabutter in place of peanut butter to keep it peanut free.

Tip: Peabutter is a peanut-free alternative to peanut butter. Look for it in the aisle where peanut butter is sold. We used NoNuts Golden Peabutter in this recipe. Sambal oelek is a chili paste mixture used in Malaysian and Indonesian cooking. Look for it in the Asian section of grocery stores.
