GARLIC ROASTED POTATOES
Ingredients
- 2 lb (1 kg) small potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp rosemary, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine all ingredients and toss until potatoes are thoroughly coated with seasonings. Place potatoes in a single layer in a greased shallow baking dish. Roast until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, about 50 minutes.
