GORGONZOLA AND GRAPE BRUSCHETTA

This unique baguette topper is made of red grapes, basil and tangy gorgonzola cheese.

GORGONZOLA AND GRAPE BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients

  • 2 cups quartered seedless red grapes
  • 2 tbsp slivered fresh basil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 8 oz (250 g) Gorgonzola cheese
  • 32 baguette slices, 3/8 inch thick

Directions

  1. Combine grapes, basil, vinegar and oil in a bowl. Spread cheese evenly over one side of each baguette slice. Top each with 1 tbsp of grape mixture. Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
