This unique baguette topper is made of red grapes, basil and tangy gorgonzola cheese.

GORGONZOLA AND GRAPE BRUSCHETTA
Ingredients
- 2 cups quartered seedless red grapes
- 2 tbsp slivered fresh basil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz (250 g) Gorgonzola cheese
- 32 baguette slices, 3/8 inch thick
Directions
- Combine grapes, basil, vinegar and oil in a bowl. Spread cheese evenly over one side of each baguette slice. Top each with 1 tbsp of grape mixture. Cover and refrigerate for up to 6 hours.
