Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tsp rosemary, crumbled
- 1 tsp oregano, crumbled
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Use to marinate lamb, chicken or beef.
