GREEK STYLE FETA
Ingredients
- 1 slice feta cheese, 1 inch thick
- 1/4 tsp oregano, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small lemon wedge
Directions
- Place cheese in centre of a piece of heavy-duty foil. Sprinkle oregano and red pepper flakes over cheese. Drizzle oil over top. Bring edges of foil together to form a packet; close all edges with tight double folds.
- Cook over medium heat on natural gas barbecue, turning packet over occasionally, until cheese is softened and heated through, about 10 minutes.
- Place on a plate. Carefully unfold foil and roll up edges to form a serving dish. Squeeze lemon wedge over cheese. Serve with baguette slices.
