GREEN BEANS WITH HAZELNUT BUTTER
Ingredients
- 6 cups sliced green beans
- 1/4 cup salted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup finely chopped toasted hazelnuts
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Cook beans in boiling water until tender, about 5 minutes; drain.
- Meanwhile, combine butter, hazelnuts, salt and pepper. Add butter mixture to beans and toss until butter is melted. Serve immediately.
