Bake green beans with basil and tangy sundried tomatoes for a flavourful side dish.

GREEN BEANS WITH SUN DRIED TOMATOES
Ingredients
- 4 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1/3 cup chopped drained oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, patted dry
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp basil, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss until beans are coated. Place bean mixture in a single layer in a non-stick foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Bake, uncovered, for 12 minutes or until beans are tender.
