Green Goddess Yogurt Dressing
Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tbsp finely chopped anchovies, optional
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp tarragon leaves, crumbled
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor, process until smooth. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days. Stir before using.
