GRILLED POTATO WEDGES
Ingredients
- 8 medium-large yellow potatoes
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Yield: Serves 6.
Directions
- Preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 – 15 minutes.
- To prepare potatoes, cut each potato lengthwise into wedges, about ½ inch thick. Add potatoes and oil to a large bowl. Toss to coat. Season with salt.
- With lid down, grill potatoes in single layer until grill-marked, about 6 – 9 minutes. Flip potatoes and continue to cook until tender, about 6 – 9 minutes.
- Transfer potatoes to a large bowl. Drizzle with Honey Garlic Mustard. Toss to coat. Sprinkle cheese over wedges.

HONEY GARLIC MUSTARD
Ingredients
- ¼ cup liquid honey
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
- 1 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- To make Honey Garlic Mustard, combine honey, mustard, lemon juice, garlic, rosemary, thyme, hot pepper sauce and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl. Set aside.
