GRILLED STEAK WITH BLUE CHEESE CREAM
Blue cheese is the perfect accompaniment to a good quality steak. With this recipe we pair grilled rib-eye with a spicy blue cheese cream sauce.

GRILLED STEAK WITH BLUE CHEESE CREAM
Ingredients
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 rib-eye steaks, 1 inch thick
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- To prepare blue cheese cream, place blue cheese, sour cream, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and cayenne pepper in a food processor; process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
- Preheat natural gas barbecue on medium heat for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Brush steaks with oil. Grill steaks to desired doneness. Serve with blue cheese cream.
