HAZELNUT AFFOGATO

Affogato is an Italian dessert that involves coffee and ice cream. This version is made with a mix of Irish cream, hazelnut and coffee liqueurs.

HAZELNUT AFFOGATO

Ingredients

  • 4 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup Irish cream liqueur
  • 1/3 cup hazelnut liqueur
  • 1/4 cup coffee liqueur
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder*

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients except cocoa in a blender. Purée until smooth. Pour into wine glasses.
  2. Dust with cocoa. Serve immediately.
