HERB AND SPICE GRILLED STEAK
Elevate your barbecued steak with a marinade made with chili power, paprika, oregano and other herbs and spices.

HERB AND SPICE GRILLED STEAK
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1 tsp each oregano and thyme,crumbled
- 1/2 tsp rosemary, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 2 lb (1 kg) sirloin steak, 1 1/2 inches thick
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except steak in a heavy zip-lock plastic bag. Add steak and squeeze bag to coat steak with seasoning mixture; seal bag. Let stand for 15 - 30 minutes.
- Remove steak from bag. Broil steak to desired doneness. Alternatively, steak may be grilled over medium heat on natural gas barbecue
