HERBED GARLIC BREAD
Give your garlic loaf a lift by blending crumbled herbs into the butter. Serve this as a side dish with pasta or barbecued meats.

HERBED GARLIC BREAD
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 tbsp finely chopped green onion
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sage, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp oregano, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp thyme, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine all ingredients except bread until blended.
- Spread butter mixture over one side of each bread slice. Reassemble loaf and wrap in foil.
- Bake until heated through, about 30 - 35 minutes.
