HONEY AND GINGER TOMATO SALAD
Ingredients
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp liquid honey
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
1/8 tsp salt
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
Directions
To prepare dressing, whisk together vinegar, honey, ginger and salt until combined.
Place tomatoes in a bowl. Add dressing and toss to combine.
