JALAPENO AND LIME BUTTER
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup salted butter, softened
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp finely chopped jalapeno pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor; process until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 weeks.
