LAYERED GREEK DIP
This layered party dip has all of the elements of a Greek salad. It goes great with pita bread or your favourite crackers.

LAYERED GREEK DIP
Ingredients
- 1 container (250 g) spreadable herb and garlic cream cheese
- 2 cups crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp oregano, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp dill weed
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 cup diced seeded Roma tomatoes
- 1 cup diced seeded English cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
- 2 tbsp sliced pitted kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
Directions
- Using medium speed of an electric mixer, beat together first 7 ingredients (cream cheese through garlic) until blended
- Spoon cream cheese mixture into a 9 inch pie plate or serving dish; spread evenly. Sprinkle with tomatoes, cucumber, green onion and olives. Top with 2 tbsp feta cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days. Serve with pita bread or crackers.
