LEMON PARSLEY MAYO
Give your mayo a lift by stirring in some lemon, parsley and a little bit of honey. Use this tangy dressing on burger, sandwiches or with raw vegetables as a dip.
Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups.

LEMON PARSLEY MAYO
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp grated lemon peel
- 1 tsp liquid honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients until blended. Refrigerate until serving.
