LEMON SCENTED ORZO
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/3 cups orzo, cooked and drained
Directions
- Heat oil in a small frypan over medium heat. Stir in garlic, lemon peel, salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
- Add garlic mixture, parsley and lemon juice to hot cooked orzo; toss to combine. Serve immediately.
