MANGO BANANA SMOOTHIE

This juicy smoothie is full of tropical flavour. Banana and mango come together with vanilla yogurt, honey and ginger in this convenient breakfast drink.

MANGO BANANA SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cubed peeled mangoes
  • 3 cups sliced bananas
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
  • 1 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

Directions

  1. Prepare smoothie in two batches. For each batch, combine half of each ingredient in a blender. Purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
