MANGO COCONUT SMOOTHIE

This blended smoothie gets its coconut flavour from the addition of coconut milk. Combined with mango, yogurt and honey, this drink makes for a quick and convenient breakfast.

MANGO COCONUT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
  • 1 can (400 mL) coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp liquid honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Tip:
