MAPLE PECAN SQUASH
Ingredients
- 6 cups shredded winter squash
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Combine squash, syrup, salt and pepper. Spoon into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs and pecans.
- Bake at 350°F for 60 minutes.
