MAUI PUNCH

This tropical punch is easy to put together and is great for big crowds. Add a little bit of rum to individual glasses to turn it into an easy summer cocktail.

MAUI PUNCH

Ingredients

  • 12 cups pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 can (355 mL) frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 can (250 mL) frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, thawed
  • 8 cups (2 L) ginger ale, chilled

Directions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, pink lemonade concentrate and daiquiri mix in a punch bowl.
  2. Stir in ginger ale. Serve immediately.
