This rub is a deliciously fragrant blend of fresh mint, parsley, garlic and spices. Use it as a rub on chicken or lamb to create a Moroccan-inspired meal.

MINTED MOROCCAN WET RUB
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a mini food processor; process until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.
- Use as a rub on chicken or lamb.
