Parmesan Vegetables

Parmesan Vegetables
Ingredients
- 1 medium zucchini, thickly sliced
- 1 cup snow peas or small cauliflower florets
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 small onion, cut into wedges
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp oregano, crumbled
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Dash freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Combine all ingredients. Place mixture in a lightly greased grill wok. Cook over medium heat on natural gas barbecue, stirring occasionally until vegetables are tender, about 15 - 20 minutes.
- Vegetables may also be cooked on a grill topper or in a heavy frypan.
