PEACH ORANGE FRUIT DIP

This cream cheese dip is flavoured with orange marmalade and peach yogurt. Serve it with an assortment of fresh fruit for dipping.

Yield: Makes 2 cups.

PEACH ORANGE FRUIT DIP

Ingredients

  • 8 oz (250 g) light cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup peach yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. Using medium speed of an electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add yogurt, marmalade, ginger and vanilla; beat until blended.
  3. Spoon dip into a serving dish.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. Serve with an assortment of fresh fruit
