PEACHY ICED GREEN TEA

This cool summer beverage combines green tea, peach juice and honey. Garnish it with peach slices and fresh mint.

Yield: Serves 8.

PEACHY ICED GREEN TEA

Ingredients

  • ​8 green tea bags
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1/4 cup liquid honey
  • 4 cups peach juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Ice cubes
  • Peach slices
  • Fresh mint leaves

Directions

  1. Place tea bags and boiling water in a bowl. Let steep for 3 minutes.
  2. Remove and discard tea bags. Stir in honey. Cool to room temperature.
  3. Pour tea mixture into a pitcher. Stir in peach juice and lemon juice. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until mixture is cold.
  4. Serve over ice cubes. Garnish with peach slices and mint leaves.
