PEANUT BUTTER JAM AND BANANA CRISP
This unique baked crisp is a play on a classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

PEANUT BUTTER JAM AND BANANA CRISP
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup packed golden brown sugar
- 1/4 cup salted butter, chilled and cubed
- 1/4 cup light smooth peanut butter
- 4 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup strawberry jam
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF.
- To prepare topping, combine oats, flour and brown sugar in a bowl.
- Cut in butter and peanut butter with a pastry blender until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
- Place banana slices in a greased 8 inch square baking dish and drizzle with orange juice. Dot with jam. Sprinkle with topping.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbly and topping is golden. Serve warm.
