PEPPER SAUCED WINGS WITH FETA DIP
These tasty baked chicken wings are seasoned with green pepper sauce. Cool them off with our creamy Feta Dip.

PEPPER SAUCED WINGS WITH FETA DIP
Ingredients
- 3 lb (1.5 kg) chicken wing drumettes
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup green pepper sauce
- Feta Dip*
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Place chicken in a single layer in a large non-stick foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle with seasoning salt.
- Bake, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until wings are golden brown, about 50 - 55 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Stir in green pepper sauce and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat.
- Transfer wings to a large bowl. Pour green pepper sauce mixture over wings and toss to coat. Transfer wings and any remaining green pepper sauce mixture to a serving dish. Serve with Feta Dip.

FETA DIP
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup shredded feta cheese
Yield: Makes about 1 cup.
Directions
- Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and vinegar in a bowl. Stir in cheese. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to 2 days. Do not freeze.
