PEPPERY GLAZED BACON
Bake strips of bacon in the oven with pepper and Thai sweet chili sauce for a new take on the classic breakfast meat.

PEPPERY GLAZED BACON
Ingredients
- 1 lb (500 g) thick-sliced bacon
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place bacon on a rack in a large foil-lined rimmed baking sheet. Sprinkle top of bacon slices with pepper.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and brush top of bacon slices with chili sauce. Reduce oven temperature to 350°F. Continue baking until bacon is glazed and crisp, about 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
