QUICK BROCCOLI RICE BAKE
Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
- 2 cups cooked long grain rice
- 2 cups diced cooked turkey
- 1 can (10 oz / 184 mL) cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 cup light sour cream
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- Dash hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 cup buttered crumbs
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except buttered crumbs. Spoon mixture into a deep 6 cup (1.5 L) greased casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until heated through.
