QUICK BROCCOLI RICE BAKE
Ingredients
2 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 cups cooked long grain rice
2 cups diced cooked turkey
1 can (10 oz / 184 mL) cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup light sour cream
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Dash hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup buttered crumbs
Directions
Combine all ingredients except buttered crumbs. Spoon mixture into a deep 6 cup (1.5 L) greased casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until heated through.
