QUICK QUESADILLAS
These easy cheese quesadillas are a snap to make. Simply sprinkle tortillas with cheese and green onions, fold them over, and bake until they’re nice and gooey.
Yield: Makes 16 wedges.

QUICK QUESADILLAS
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 flour tortillas (6 inch)
- 4 tsp thinly sliced green onion
Directions
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over half of each tortilla. Top with onion.
- Fold tortillas in half. Place on a jelly-roll pan.
- Bake at 400°F for 10 - 12 minutes or until quesadillas are heated through and cheese is melted.
- Cut each quesadilla into 4 wedges. Serve immediately.
