RED CABBAGE AND APPLE SLAW
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- 8 cups thinly sliced red cabbage
- 4 cups cubed Red Delicious apples
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted pecan halves
Directions
- To prepare dressing, whisk together vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper until combined. Gradually whisk in oil until blended.
- Combine cabbage, apples, cranberries and pecans in a bowl. Toss with dressing to combine. Serve immediately.
