SAGE AND BRIE PIZZA WITH PINE NUTS
Ingredients
- 1 store-bought pizza crust (12 inch/30 cm)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 wedge brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp slivered fresh sage
- 1 tbsp pine nuts
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
Directions
- Brush top of pizza crust with oil.
- Arrange brie on top. Sprinkle with sage, pine nuts and pepper.
- Place pizza on a greased pizza pan or directly on barbecue grid.
- Bake, with lid down, over low heat on natural gas barbecue for 12 - 15 minutes or until heated through.
- Slice and serve.
