Simply Special Salad
This pretty salad is easy to assemble and is special enough to make for an elegant meal.

Simply Special Salad
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 8 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
Directions
- To prepare dressing, whisk together mayonnaise, white wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt and pepper until combined. Gradually whisk in oil until blended.
- Combine lettuce, cranberries, walnuts and cheese in a bowl. Add dressing and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
